■職務内容 / Main Duties & Responsibilities

・洋楽・アジアなどのアーティスト並びに楽曲のマーケティング担当・及びマーケティング担当の指導とチームの運営

　Marketing for international artists and repertoires & managing the team.

・ゲームやアニメ等国産IP/アーティストの海外展開

　Global expansion of Japanese IP and artists, including games and anime.

・アーティスト・楽曲のマーケティング/プロモーション・プラン作成

　Building marketing and promotion plans.

・マーケティング/プロモーションの実行

　Executing marketing and promotion plans.

・担当プロジェクトの全体売上・予算管理

　Look after overall revenue and optimize marketing budget.

・リリースする商品（フィジカル/デジタル）の制作業務

　Product management on physical and digital releases.

・社内関係各所との連携・コミュニケーション

　Liaise/communication with internal involved parties.

・社外の方々（メディア・クリエーター・マネージメント・広告代理店など）との連携・コミュニケーション

　Building relationship and liaise with media, management, agencies, etc.

・海外レーベル・マネージメントとの連携・コミュニケーション

　Liaise with repertoire owners/artist management.

・マーケティングに関するデータ収集・資料作成・翻訳など

　Gathering marketing data/organizing the presentation document/translation/etc.

■能力及びスキル / Required Abilities, Skills and Experiences

【必須 / Must】

・音楽業界でのマーケティング担当者としてプロジェクトリードのご経験及びチームの指導と運営（邦楽・洋楽・ジャンル問わず）
　Experience a project lead as a marketing representative as well as managing the team in the music industry.

・音楽業界・エンターテインメント業界に関する知識・情報
　General knowledge on music/entertainment business.

・音楽・エンターテインメントへの情熱
　Passion for music & entertainment.

・デジタル・マーケティング/SNSなどに関する知識・情報
　Knowledge/skills on digital marketing, social media, etc.

・革新的な発想力・行動力
　Innovative ideas & action.

・社内外・日本国内・海外とのコミュニケーション能力
　Skills in communication/negotiation with internal & external stakeholders.

・英語流暢レベル
　Fluent in English.

・ピープルマネジメント経験（5名程度）※管理職の場合
　People management experience(approx. 5 team members). ※For managers

・英語以外の外国語（韓国語・中国語・スペイン語など）
　Language other than English is a plus.

・新しいことに挑戦したい方
