■職務内容/ Main Duties & Responsibilities

・日本市場でのアジア・アーティスト並びに楽曲の発掘・開拓・マーケティング・プロダクトマネージメント

　Finding artists & repertoires in Asia, marketing and product management for the Japanese market.

・アジア各国のレーベル・マネージメントなどとの関係構築

　Developing partnership with repertoire owners/management, etc. in Asia

・アーティスト・楽曲のマーケティング/プロモーション・プラン作成

　Building marketing and promotion plans

・マーケティング/プロモーションの実行

　Executing marketing and promotion plans

・リリースする商品（フィジカル/デジタル）の制作業務

　Product management on physical and digital releases

・社内関係各所との連携・コミュニケーション

　Liaise/communication with internal involved parties

・社外の方々（メディア・プロモーター・クリエーター・マネージメント・広告代理店など）との連携・コミュニケーション

　Building relationship and liaise with media, promoters, management, agencies, etc.

・マーケティングに関するデータ収集・資料作成・翻訳など

　Gathering marketing data/organizing the presentation document/translation/etc.

■求められる経験及びスキル　/ Required Abilities, Skills and Experiences

・音楽業界でのマーケティング担当者としてプロジェクトリードのご経験（邦楽・洋楽・ジャンル問わず）

　Experience as a project lead as a marketing representative in the music industry

・音楽業界・エンターテインメント業界（特にアジア・マーケット）に関する知識・情報

　General knowledge on music/entertainment business

・音楽・エンターテインメント・新しい挑戦への情熱

　Passion for music, entertainment & new opportunities

・デジタル・マーケティング/SNSなどに関する知識・情報

　Knowledge/skills on digital marketing, social media, etc.

・革新的な発想力・行動力

　Innovative ideas & action

・社内外・日本国内・海外とのコミュニケーション能力

　Skills in communication/negotiation with internal & external stakeholders

・英語流暢レベル

　Fluent in English
