■部門について / About the Business Unit
プロセスイノベーション本部は、グローバルチームと連携し、アーティスト作品をお客様へ届けるための各種データ準備・整備を担い、業務プロセスの効率化やデジタル資産活用を通じてレーベルビジネスを支援する部門です。
The Process Innovation Division works closely with global teams to prepare, manage, and optimize the data needed to deliver our artists’ music and video products to the world. We contribute to label operations by implementing efficient workflows and maximizing the value of digital assets.

■役割の内容 / Main Duties & Responsibilities

【デイリーオペレーション / Daily Operations】
●グループの一員として、以下の業務を中心に担当します：
　- レーベルおよび関連部署と連携したマスター音源・映像・画像データの登録・チェック
　- リリース日、メタデータ、DSP 配信先などの登録作業
　- グローバルシステムへの情報入力および品質管理
　- DSP への納品および問い合わせ対応
　- システム・データ不備の検知と適切なエスカレーション

●As a member of the DSC team, you will be primarily responsible for the following tasks:
　- Registering and verifying master audio, video, and image assets in collaboration with labels and related departments
    - Registering release dates, metadata, DSP destinations, and other required information
    - Inputting information into global systems and ensuring data quality
    - Delivering content to DSPs and responding to their inquiries
    - Identifying system or data inconsistencies and escalating issues appropriately

【プロジェクト業務 / Project-Based Work】
●デジタル資産（音源・映像・メタデータ）を活用し売上最大化を図る各種プロジェクトに参加します：
　- メタデータプロジェクト
　- 配信解禁施策
　- DX・プロセス改善プロジェクト
　- 他本部・レーベルとの共同プロジェクト
●You will also have opportunities to participate in various projects aimed at maximizing revenue by leveraging our digital assets (audio, video, and metadata), including:
   - Metadata enhancement projects
   - Catalog opening / catalog release expansion initiatives
   - DX and process improvement projects
   - Cross-functional projects with other divisions and labels

■能力・スキル / Required Abilities, Skills & Experiences
【必須 / Must】
　- デイリーオペレーションの重要性の理解と、正確で丁寧な作業遂行能力
　- 英語でのメールコミュニケーション能力（海外本社との連携）
　- Excel の基本関数、PowerPoint での資料作成
　- ロジカルシンキング、クリティカルシンキング、シンプル化の実践経験
　- 誠実性、チームワークを重視した働き方
　- データチェックや細部確認の業務に抵抗がないこと
　- デジタル配信/DSP の基礎理解（入社後キャッチアップ可）
　- Strong understanding of the importance of daily operations and the ability to perform tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
    - Ability to communicate in English via email, especially when coordinating with global headquarters
    - Basic proficiency in Excel functions and the ability to create presentation materials using PowerPoint
    - Practical experience in logical thinking, critical thinking, and simplifying complex information
    - A work style that values integrity and teamwork
    - Comfort with data validation, detailed checks, and accuracy-focused tasks
    - Basic understanding of digital distribution and DSPs (can be learned after joining)

　- ビジネス英語での会議参加・電話対応経験
　- オペレーション部門での DX/システム導入プロジェクト経験
　- メタデータ、CMS、アセット管理ツールなどの使用経験
　- プロジェクト管理（進行管理、タスク管理）の経験
　- Experience participating in meetings or phone discussions in business-level English
　- Experience in DX or system implementation projects within an operations-related department
    - Experience working with metadata, CMS platforms, or asset management tools
    - Experience in project management (progress tracking, task management)

必要資格 / Qualification
短期大学卒以上（国内外）
Associate degree or higher, obtained in Japan or overseas.
