二次元コードを読み込むことで、シリアルナンバーをお受け取りいただきご応募いただけます。二次元コードから期間内に応募特設サイトにアクセスいただき、詳細をご確認の上、ご応募ください。
※1つのシリアルナンバーは1度しかご使用いただけません。各シリアルナンバーは、1度ご使用いただくとその後は無効となりますので、入力内容にお間違えのないようご注意ください。
※シリアルナンバーは半角英数字（大文字・小文字の区別有）で全7桁となります。入力の際はご注意ください。

[How to Apply] Please apply via PC, smartphone, or mobile phone (Android OS devices) using the 2D code (QR code) printed on the “U-CONNECT Card” enclosed in the LYKN “DUSK & DAWN” (UICE-9121/UICE-9122) copies purchased on/after Wednesday, April 1, 2026.
 
• Accessing via the 2D code will display a serial number. One serial number is granted per photocard (U-CONNECT Card).
• Each serial number can only be used once. Once used, the serial number becomes invalid, so please ensure your entry details are correct.
• The serial number consists of 7 alphanumeric characters (case-sensitive). Please be careful when typing.
• If you have multiple application tickets, you may apply multiple times. You can apply as many times as you wish during the application period.
• An “Application Complete” email will be sent once your application is finished. Please ensure your email settings are configured to receive emails from the domain [@auto.universal-music.co.jp] beforehand.
